Your battle is our battle. Let's fight it together!

Welcome to Inuka Nami Foundation

Welcome to Inuka Nami Foundation

Restoring Hope. Empowering Minds. Transforming Communities.

Inuka Nami Foundation is a mental health awareness nonprofit organization based in Kenya. We are dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations through compassionate, community-based care, working to restore hope and promote healing among single parents, youth, caregivers, persons living with disabilities, and trauma survivors.

Through trauma-informed programs, mental health literacy campaigns, group therapy, and youth empowerment, we bridge the gap between underserved communities and the support they need to thrive. Our approach is holistic, inclusive, and culturally grounded—ensuring that every person has the opportunity to achieve mental wellness in their highest capacity.

Whether it's a young person navigating depression, a caregiver overwhelmed with responsibility, or a mother healing from trauma, Inuka Nami (Swahili for "Rise with Me") walks the journey with them.

Together, we are building resilient communities—one life, one voice, one step at a time.

BEFORE SHE CELEBATES OTHERS, LET HER HEAL: A Women’s Mental Health & Wellness Conference

Break the Silence. Own Your Strength. Heal Forward.

As Mother’s Day approaches, Inuka Nami Foundation invites women into a sacred pause—a moment to step away from giving, carrying, and holding everything together… and instead, receive.

So often, women are celebrated for their strength, their sacrifices, and their ability to care for everyone else. But behind that strength are untold stories—of exhaustion, silent battles, past trauma, and emotional weight that is rarely acknowledged. This two-day conference is designed to create space for women to be seen, heard, and supported before they are called to pour into others again.

This is not just a conference—it is a healing experience.

Through guided conversations, reflective sessions, wellness activities, and authentic storytelling, women will be encouraged to reconnect with themselves, release what they’ve been holding, and rediscover their inner strength. The environment will be safe, warm, and judgment-free—because every woman deserves a space where she doesn’t have to be “strong” all the time.

The conference will also include on-site mental health screenings, offering confidential support and access to professionals who can help guide each woman on her personal healing journey.

Whether you are a mother, becoming one, longing to be one, or simply carrying the weight of life as a woman—this space is for you.

Before you celebrate others, choose to show up for yourself.

Join us as we break the silence, honor our stories, and step forward—healed, whole, and empowered.

Reserve your spot today. This Mother’s Day, give yourself the gift of healing.

The Inuka Nami Mental Health Awareness Golf Tournament is more than just a day on the course — it is a movement bringing together corporate leaders, professionals, and community champions to stand for mental health wellness.

Through this annual tournament, we are raising awareness, mobilizing support, and generating resources that will directly fund Inuka Nami Foundation’s community mental health programs. These initiatives focus on trauma healing, suicide prevention, youth empowerment, and mental wellness education for vulnerable groups across Kenya.

By supporting this event, sponsors and partners become part of a collective effort to break stigma, promote wellness, and build stronger, healthier communities.

Together, we can turn awareness into action.

STRONG ENOUGH TO HEAL: A Men's Mental Health Awakening

Break the silence. Own your strength. Heal forward.

June 19th & 20th, 2026

Inuka Nami Foundation invites men from all walks of life to a powerful two-day mental health workshop designed to create space for openness, healing, and real connection. For too long, many men have carried silent battles, taught to suppress emotions, avoid vulnerability, and “stay strong” at the cost of their well-being. This workshop is here to change that narrative.

Strong Enough to Feel is not just an event. It is a safe and supportive experience where men are encouraged to speak, reflect, and begin their healing journeys without judgement. Through guided conversations, interactive sessions, and engaging activities, participants will explore mental health in a way that is practical, relatable, and empowering.

The workshop will also feature optional on-site mental health screenings, offering participants a confidential opportunity to better understand their emotional and psychological well-being, while connecting with professionals who can provide guidance and support.

Whether you are navigating stress, trauma, fatherhood, relationships, or simply seeking personal growth, this space is for you. Strength is not found in silence—it is found in the courage to feel, to speak, and to heal.

Join us as we break the silence together, redefine strength, and take the first steps toward healing.

Sign up today. Your healing matters. Your story matters. You matter.
