INUKA NAMI FOUNDATION
Your battle is our battle. Let's fight it together!

Welcome to Inuka Nami Foundation
Restoring Hope. Empowering Minds. Transforming Communities.
Inuka Nami Foundation is a mental health awareness nonprofit organization based in Kenya. We are dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations through compassionate, community-based care, working to restore hope and promote healing among single parents, youth, caregivers, persons living with disabilities, and trauma survivors.
Through trauma-informed programs, mental health literacy campaigns, group therapy, and youth empowerment, we bridge the gap between underserved communities and the support they need to thrive. Our approach is holistic, inclusive, and culturally grounded—ensuring that every person has the opportunity to achieve mental wellness in their highest capacity.
Whether it's a young person navigating depression, a caregiver overwhelmed with responsibility, or a mother healing from trauma, Inuka Nami (Swahili for "Rise with Me") walks the journey with them.
Together, we are building resilient communities—one life, one voice, one step at a time.
